To make a reservation:
A valid credit card is required to make and guarantee a reservation.
To make a reservation for dates between May 15th and September 15th, a deposit, equal to 50% of the total due, is required to be mailed in the form of a check or money order and received within 7 days of making the reservation.

Cancellation (Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend):
Cancellations more than 30 days prior to the check-in date (starting as soon as the reservation is made) are subject to a $100 per room cancellation fee. For cancellations 30 days or less prior to check-in, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Failure to arrive for a reservation without prior notification is subject to an additional $100 fee.

Cancellation out-of-season:
For cancellation within 14 days prior to the check-in date, a cancellation fee of the most expensive night or $100 per room, whichever is greater, will be charged.

No refunds for early departures for any reason.

Maximum occupancy (including adults and children) listed for rooms may not be exceeded.

Additional fees:
Roll-away beds: $10/night or $30/week.
Local phone calls: No charge.

Guest laundry on premises. Tokens are purchased in the motel office.

General:
Individuals under 21 permitted only when room is occupied by the individual’s parent.

Non-registered visitors are not permitted on the premises.

Pets are not permitted on the premises.

Check-in / check-out:
Check-out time: by 10 AM. Charge for late check-out (when available) is 25% of the rent per hour.

Check-in time is from 3 PM to 10 PM. Payment of balance is due at check-in. Visa, Mastercard, cash or traveler’s check accepted at check-in (no personal checks).

Room information:
The following room types can be interconnected:
A 1 bedroom deluxe suite with a 1 bedroom suite
A 2 bedroom full suite with a deluxe guest room
A 2 bedroom full suite with a 1 bedroom deluxe suite
A large 3 bedroom full suite with a deluxe guest room

All suites, except the “1 bedroom suite”, have kitchens with full size refrigerators, ovens, microwaves, coffee makers, and eating utensils.

Suites with kitchens are usually only rented weekly in season, starting Saturdays or Sundays.

Deluxe guest rooms and 1 bedroom suites have microwaves, coffee makers, and mini-refrigerators. Efficiency guest rooms also have a 2 burner stove.

All linens are provided (1 towel per person). Towels are exchanged 3 times per week. Bring beach and pool towels.
